In my previous role as an Editorial Writer at HSBC, I used Jira and Confluence throughout project life cycles and responded to comments from the design team with regards to how to format headings, subheadings, backlinks etc, to ensure my content took into consideration design needs.

I converted several articles on the topic of investments and the type of investment services HSBC provided. I liaised with the legal team to ensure that I included the necessary legal disclaimers in the articles and formatted them in the appropriate way.

For the articles I wrote, I noticed there were not a lot of integrated links pointing readers towards further content. I spoke with my content lead and worked out a system of integrating as many relevant links - without overstuffing the article - to direct the reader to more HSBC content, thus ensuring they knew where to go to find the information/services they may require.
